Eat Clean - Breakfast on the Go
BREAKFAST - Breakfast Pocket
Veggies! -
Peppers
Onions
Broccoli
Spinach
1/4 c Black beans
1 egg
Sautee veggies in a little olive or grape seed oil OR use leftover vegetables from the night before!
Mix together the black beans and egg in a bowl
Then add to the vegetable mix in your pan
Stir the mix around to get the eggs cook through
Put it all into a JOSEPH'S PITA POCKET - top with fresh salsa or tomato [if you want] and away you go!
Ok, truth is, I don't really want you to run out the door with this meal. You should always take 10 minutes (or more) to sit and enjoy your food. It is a healthier way to eat.
