(to avoid soupy lasagne)

(sprinkle over each layer of zucchini)
Cheese Mix
Mozzarella
Repeat
Drizzle olive oil over the top layer of cheese mixture and mozzarella
400 degrees, covered in foil for 40 minutes.
Let rest for 15 minutes before cutting.
