Eat Clean - Kale and White Bean

Simple ingredients. Not much time. Amazing flavor. This is a favorite go-to dinner or lunch. Healthy food doesn't have to be complicated.


Sautee 1 onion, chopped with 3 cloves garlic
Add 5 cups kale and ½ cup water. Cover.
Simmer
15 minutes
Add 1 can cannellini beans. Heat through.
Serve with goat or feta on top
(1 ½ cups is one serving)
