Eat Clean - Asian Lettuce Wraps

A little trip to China Town - right in your own kitchen!

 Dressing:
1 tsp. Honey
1 tsp. Soy sauce (reduced sodium or Bragg’s)
1 Tbls. Coconut milk
1 tsp. Coconut oil
½ tsp. 5 spice

Napa cabbage, shredded
Bean sprouts
Carrot, julienne
Broccoli, chopped
Green onion, just green parts chopped
Bok Choy, chopped
Brown Rice
Bib Lettuce
Lime

Mix all veggies and coat with dressing.
Place a small layer of brown rice in the base of the bib lettuce, top with dressed veggies.
Serve cold in bib lettuce for wraps.
Squeeze
lime over wraps before serving.

TIP: Treat yourself well. You're hungry. We get it. But take the time to plate this up, find a restful place to savor this dish. No other country eats on the go as much as the United States. It's unhealthy for digestion and mental well being.

THIS TRAVELS: On the go? Wrap in wax or parchment paper. Keep cool. It will wilt slightly, but the flavors marry even more. I don't suggest this waits for more than 4 hours.
