Everybody Eats


3 times a day ... we eat. Sometimes more. Not often less.

This is no surprise. So why is it that when it comes time to eat a meal, we are unprepared and find ourselves in a drive thu?!

A little planning and preparation can prevent this.

1. Select and write down which recipes that you'll prepare
2. Shop only for those ingredients
3. Check it off your list when you have made it
4. Hate journaling what you eat? No need to journal if you follow the meal plan you've already designed for that day.

Print out a calendar with big squares. Write in your meals for a week (or more). Compose your shopping list from your calendar. Once you eat a meal, cross it off your calendar.

Leave room at the bottom of the calendar square for ticky marks for how much water you've had for the day.

Turn the system upside down. Planning what you WILL DO is easier than writing down what you've ALREADY DONE.
